Most IV Therapy sessions take between 60 and 90 minutes, allowing you to relax while your personalised infusion is administered.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be warmly welcomed into a calm and relaxing environment. Your therapist will take time to understand your wellness goals, preferences and any areas of concern before tailoring your treatment to ensure a personalised and restorative experience.
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 6 hours before your scheduled treatment. Cancellations made within 6 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee, while missed appointments without notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment value. We recommend contacting the spa as soon as possible if your plans change.
