Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 6 hours before your appointment can be made free of charge.
Cancellations made within 6 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
Guests who do not attend their appointment without prior notice (no-show) will be charged 100% of the treatment value.
Should you need to amend your booking, please contact your chosen spa location as soon as possible and our team will be happy to assist.
In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Spa Management.
